Lisa L. Williams, MA, PMP, is a Navy veteran, public servant, and organizational leader with experience spanning federal, county, and state government.

Throughout her career, Lisa has led programs, facilitated stakeholder engagement, managed complex initiatives, and helped organizations navigate change while maintaining focus on mission and results.

Drawing on a background in organizational management, program leadership, strategic planning, and public service, Lisa works with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve alignment, and build programs that deliver meaningful impact.

Her approach is practical, collaborative, and results-oriented, helping leaders move from ideas to action while building organizations that work.

Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
